Budget/Financial Statement
The budget reflects the Board of Directors best efforts to compile, analyze, and
present to you and the Association a fiscally sound and realistic operating
budget based on current available information. This Budget illustrates the
Board’s concern for the building to be not only fiscally sound, but
operationally and mechanically sound as well. The current budget may be
requested from the Management Office by any unit owner or downloaded from the
Resident/Owner section of this website.
Board Minutes
Minutes are taken for each meeting of the Association in compliance with the
Declaration and Bylaws and the Illinois Condominium Property Act and approved at
a subsequent meeting. Copies of the past minutes may be requested from the
Management Office by any unit owner or downloaded from the Resident/Owner
section of this website.
